GRATITUDE
One of the necessary qualities indispensible to living in a state of peace is gratitude. The question is; how is gratitude revealed and how do you come to recognize it in yourself and having once recognized it how does one come to accept it when what you feel is the result of not having gotten what you wanted. It is easy to express gratitude when you have received something you desired because you thought you needed it. What about when events happen that you did not forsee or can’t understand and confuse you…… Again I say to you, all things are revealed, in the acceptance of the truth of how limited we are in our human nature to create anything lasting and good. This is why we seek oneness with God…
You can do what you want to do, what you need to do and what you are told to do. It is far more vital to do what you do not want to do….
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity, problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing and mistakes into important events. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.
